Purchasing terms and returns

Ordering and payment
The listed batch order prices apply to orders completed by 8 pm on Monday 5 October 2026. They are lower than the stated standard order prices because we can consolidate this batch into a forthcoming supplier order. The basket shows the garment subtotal, your batch-order saving against those standard order prices, one £3 UK shipping charge if selected, and the final total before payment. These are optional additions to existing club clothing. Prices are in GBP. Payment is a one-off card payment through Stripe Checkout. An order is accepted only after payment is independently verified and recorded; if you have paid but do not receive a confirmation email, contact us with your order reference rather than paying again.
Batch timing and fulfilment
To allow the secure payment session to finish before the 8 pm UK batch deadline, start checkout by 7:30 pm on Monday 5 October 2026. After the deadline, kit may still be ordered through the normal route at the standard order price and added to a future supplier order. Collection from a club run is free; we will contact you to arrange it when the kit arrives. UK shipping is £3 per order. We aim to have kit available before the Cirencester Half Marathon on 1 November, subject to supplier production and delivery; this is not guaranteed. We will contact you if timing changes materially.
Check your details
Review the cut, size and optional race-garment first name or event name before payment. We pass personalisation to the supplier using the spelling submitted. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once production has started.
Cancellation, returns and faults
For standard, non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them and then return them within a further 14 days. Email us to exercise that right; we will explain return arrangements. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning non-faulty goods unless we agree otherwise. An item genuinely made to your individual personalisation may be exempt from the change-of-mind cancellation right; selecting a standard cut or size alone does not make it personalised. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected in all cases. Contact us about any issue and we will resolve it in accordance with UK consumer law.
Privacy
We use your name, email, optional phone number, garment choices, personalisation and fulfilment details to take payment and fulfil your order. This shop stores the order record in protected Cloudflare storage. Stripe handles your card payment; this shop stores a payment reference, not your card details. We may match an existing GenieAI contact and use approved transactional services to send the order confirmation; we share only the details needed to make and deliver the garments with the kit supplier.
